Spring Cleaning is easy as we take on one task each week.
Last week we “Scrubbed the Bathroom”.
This week remember to use the same 3 organizational tools: calendar/planner, a pen, and a notebook as we move through this next task.
Jot down any supplies needed to be replenished, and any tasks needed to be done, in the future.
Schedule any tasks needed to be done in the calendar and, promise when the time comes, do them.
This week we are Dusting the Decor
The best part about clearing your clutter is the nominal amount of dusting now required.
Dusting decor will only include 4 items:
Notice the order they are in, always work top of the room to bottom of the room.
It sounds silly, but we are conditioned to believe to always use some sort of cleaning product for dusting decor.
All this does is move the product around for you to clean off.
The key is to have a few of them. Once they load up with dust, they stop picking it up.
If you have a very dusty area, you may want to consider vacuum dusting decor first.
Microfiber cloths work very well for removing dust from lamp shades too.
And remember to replace any bulbs awhile you are cleaning your lampshades.
Or let Serene Clean dust it for you!
